People make mistakes. Sometimes they make mistakes even when they are making the best decisions. Other times, they are simply sloppy.

People do not follow certain guidelines, sometimes they can follow but they misunderstand what they call and sometimes they think they know a lot by mistake.

Imagine, it's easy for a leader or someone to focus their attention on people who make mistakes or fail or ruin everything.

The leader can blame them by shouting at them, threatening them, or somehow finding ways to punish them.

This is the way or choice made by leaders who believe that: People are the problem, and often these leaders are difficult to succeed.

A colleague, an employee who does not feel safe, can not do the best job they can, they will quickly leave, no longer want to cooperate with you if you are the type of leader above.

LEADER: CONCENTRATION TO PROBLEMS AND IMPROVEMENT OF HUMAN BEINGS ASSOCIATED WITH ITS PROBLEMS

There are other leaders, they are more clever, they focus on issues rather than the person who is experiencing the problem.

Instead of concentrating on trying to discover the wrong person, they focus on mistakes, using it as an opportunity to teach people how they can deal with it. Face to face the same scenario in the future.

Instead of concentrating on failure, wise leaders will recover from the failures themselves. It is these failures that will help them recover faster, more sustainably, teach them how to be better in the future and how to forget the time they failed.

Instead of threatening, punishing those who spoil everything, they will help those people things they have not ruined. By working with them to solve these problems, leaders will be at the same time enlightening two things: Just solve the kasus and improve the problem.

Obviously, when the kasus is solved, the people who work with them are improved, they will have a mighty team that is not you. And surely, they have created a psychological sense of security for anyone who wants to work with them.

If you believe that man is your problem, then that belief is your problem.
