Thailand hospitality is one of a kind among others, I should say. Thai enjoy the company of foreign
visitors, and most foreigners who have visited the country can testify to the warmth and friendliness of the locals.
16. Bangkok National Museum
Here you find everything about the history of Thailand and Bangkok. Overall if the visitor is truly interested in viewing masterpieces of Thai traditional arts while getting a better grasp of Thai history, then the museum is a "must see."
15. Temple of the Reclining Buddha (Wat Pho)
Wat Pho also known as Temple of the Reclining Buddha has largest reclining Buddha . Also Architecture is amazing and place is very much divine and can be considered a must visit place when in
bangkok. I Never seen anything like this before and there is plenty to read for all the history buffs.
There are beautiful murals on the wall and also some other statutes including other beautiful towers within the courtyard, fountains and a gallery full of statues all positioned along the wall. Even if you want to just stroll around taking everything in it is worth it. It was very crowded everyday so you just have to take your picture quickly and move on inside the courtyard.
It is about 10 minutes walk from the Temple of the Emerald Buddah so you do not need a taxi or tuk tuk! Definitely worth a visit.
14. Floating Market
How you feel after visiting depends on your expectations going there. If you are hoping for a real rural Thai experience, seeing the residents doing their daily shopping and chores by boat, you will be disappointed. But if you want a fun half hour or hour, bobbing up and down the canals, shopping at the tourist tat stalls and maybe buying some noodles, fruit or ice cream from some of the few boats not selling tourist tat, then you will be happy.
The floating Market boat are still piled high with fruits, vegetables, foods, drinks and local food cooked from floating kitchens located right on boat.
13. Lumpini Park
Lumpini park provides the green scenery with the good faciity and view, especially the lake. People usually use this park for jogging or cycling in the lane, which is in good condition.
Join in with the locals and take in the sights all around.
12. Royal Barges National Museum
I Absolutely loved this small Museum. The museum is quasi-outdoors; it is on the water & simply covered by a roof, but has open walls. It isn't expensive (100 Baht entry fee), and it gives you the opportunity to see a number of barges up close & personal.
Probably the most fascinating thing for me was seeing the evolution of barges over time - the museum holds old barges as well as the most modern barges that are still used by the royal family during special events today.
11. Bangkok Art too Culture Centre
There is a nice place to know the Thailand Art side. Your can spend at the least two hours looking the amazing arts. Also you can sit in a Art coffeeshop and enjoy more moments there. The entrance is free.
10. Terminal 21
A interesting mall that has a different country's theme on every level. The staffs are even dressed to the theme. For eg, security guards are dressed like pilots and saluting you as you enter the mall.
I especially love the toilets, v clean and dry, a staff is always around to maintain the toilet's standard.
9. RIDE THE TUK-TUK

However, it's actually much more than that - from High Street fashion to fast-fashion brands, high-end and upscale restaurants to an excellent food court - Siam Paragon is an all-in-one mega mall which caters to visitors of all ages.
the best part of the mall is the fact that it is seamlessly connected to the Siam BTS station and is within a 5-10 minute walking distance to the other shopping precincts in the area like
CentralWorld, MBK and the Siam Center/ Siam Discovery malls.
3. Wat Phra Kaew
This is one place that must not be missed on a visit to Bangkok! I have never seen so much gold and precious stones around and inside a temple. The courtyard is amazing with various gold statues, towers and amazing buildings placed in strategic positions all around and all. The Emerald Buddha is a sight to behold, even as it is perched high up. You can just stare and imagine the workmanship that went into creating it. This is a popular attraction and therefore it is always crowded. When visited, there were people sitting, kneeling, praying or standing so you need to be mindful of this. Please note that you have to take your shoes off before entering the temple and be appropriately dressed as well - No shorts, mini skirts or spaghetti straps or you would not be allowed to enter and no photos can be taken inside the temple. However you have plenty opportunities to take your photos outside the temple in the courtyard.
